What is MEDICI?

I have registered and confirmed my email address but I still cannot see any company profiles. Why?

MEDICI is a subscription service. We take great pride in the information and insights we provide investors and enterprises interested in FinTech. If you're interested in unlocking the full MEDICI experience, contact us!

How do you define FinTech?

We're proud to have been leading the way in shaping the FinTech conversation since 2013 via  So trust us, we know the definition of FinTech is dynamic first hand!

Over the years, FinTech has come to include payments, proximity marketing, lending, regulation & compliance, analytics, insurance, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, personal financial management, and other related segments where technology and financial services collide.

Who can update company profiles on MEDICI?

We only allow company representatives to update their company’s profile on MEDICI using their company email addresses.

How do I register as a startup?

You need to have a company email address to register as a startup. To confirm your identity using the email address, we add a layer of security by sending a verification link to your company email address. Once you verify the email, the registration process will be completed.

Some information about my startup is incorrect. How do I edit or delete the information?

Once you are registered as a startup, you can login at and edit as much information as you want by using the "UPDATE PROFILE" button.

What is the difference between the different pricing models for startups and enterprises to use MEDICI?

We have common sense pricing plans for different types of users. You can review the pricing and the features here. 

Can I edit the ‘Media Coverage’ section in my startup profile?

That information is populated automatically from Let’s Talk Payments. To make sure that the news feed is independent and authentic, we do not allow you to edit the ‘News Feed’ section.

What happens when I follow a startup?

When you follow a startup, you'll receive notifications whenever there are updates to the startup profile or discussion forums. You can always unsubscribe from the emails but we don't suggest it! 

I'm a registered startup on the MEDICI platform. I am unable to update my information. What should I do?

The first thing you should check is whether your account is verified. Please look out for a verification email in your Inbox. If your account is verified and you are still not able to update your information, please contact us. Since the problem is unusual, we will have our representative help you.

How can I access reports on MEDICI?

Relevant MEDICI reports are available alongside company profiles and are available for purchase on our Research Portal. If you're an Enterprise Subscriber, reports are included in your subscription. Annual subscription to the Growth Plan includes a limited number of reports.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to your dashboard. Click on the drop-down menu on the upper-right part of the page. Click on Settings and scroll down to click on ‘Delete your account.’
